Vanilla-Berry Protein Smoothie

Servings 3

Ingredients

  • 1 quart plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add half of each of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Add the remaining half and blend again.
  • Serve and store for later in the refrigerator.
