Ginger-Turmeric Apple Juice for Weight Loss

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1/2 inch ginger, unpeeled
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric, or 1/4 inch turmeric root
  • juice of one lemon

Instructions

  • This recipe works best in a blender. This way you get all the fiber.
  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
