Ingredients
SALAD:

cherry tomatoes, cut in halves

can corn kernels
(or 2 ears of cooked corn)

avocados (peeled, cut into chunks)

red onion, thinly sliced

cilantro (chopped)
(or sub: parsley, chopped)
DRESSING:

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

lime juice

sea salt

black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and stir to combine.
Drizzle olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper and stir again to combine. Enjoy!
