Energizing Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 inch ginger (peeled)
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse on high until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more water according to your taste. Adjust the sweetness by adding a little bit of honey or a pitted date.
