Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (make sure to boil the cauliflower before freezing it)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp any nut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth and thick. If too thick, add more milk.
