In a big bowl add the almond meal, coconut flakes, coconut sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
The mixture should be ideal for forming little bites that when you press with your hands won't fall apart. If the mixture is too dry, add more coconut cream or coconut oil to combine it well.
Form your bites by using a spoon. I used around 2 tablespoons for one bite and got 20 bites in total.
Leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. If you are in a hurry, pop them into the freezer for half an hour and they are ready to serve!
If you are using the coconut butter frosting, spread it on every bite evenly. Or feel free to use any frosting of your choice.
