Ingredients

boiled, frozen cauliflower heads

frozen pineapple chunks

banana

vanilla protein powder
(I used vegan)

oat milk
(or any plant-based milk)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until the mixture is combined and a creamy texture is obtained.
Add more milk or water if desired.
Add to a large glass and serve immediately.
