maple syrup

Instructions
Firstly, prepare a cookie sheet lined with some parchment paper.
In a food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until everything is well combined. The mixture should have a thick and smooth consistency.
Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into 16 equal balls.
(If the mixture isn't firm enough to roll balls, put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.)
Leave them plain, or roll them into your desired topping.
Transfer them to the cookie sheet and place them into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before eating.
