Ingredients

  • 1 green apple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint
  • 1 cucumber
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions

  • If you are using a juicer, add all ingredients (except the liquids) and juice them. Then, add the juice of a lime and the coconut water and mix well.
  • If you are using a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
