At least I know I gained some weight, and now it is time to burn some fat and continue on a healthier diet. That’s why I am preparing and sharing lots of weight-loss recipes and meal plans with you!

This amazing mango smoothie made with only three clean ingredients is a perfect way to start your day! The best part is that it will keep you full until lunch and you probably won’t be craving snacks too.

Mango is an amazing fruit that is considered super-food as it helps with many health issues:

  • It can facilitate healthy digestion
  • It promotes healthy gut
  • It can boost immunity if eaten regularly
  • It may promote eye health
  • It may lower cholesterol if eaten moderately
  • Amazingly, it may clear skin prone to acne
  • It’s the perfect fruit for diabetics, as it does not affect the blood glucose

3-Ingredient Fat-Loss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango (chunks)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Optionally, add extra mango chunks on top for decoration.
