The problem of slow metabolism and weight gain is becoming more common among people. The reason for this is the improper and irregular diet and busy lifestyle.

Of course, there are no magic drinks that will make you lose weight without turning at least a little to your own health and changing your lifestyle and diet.

However, if you decide to make some changes and want to “wake up” your metabolism as soon as possible, this drink is an ideal weapon for easier and faster weight loss.

3-Ingredient Weight Loss Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 800 ml water

Instructions

  • First bring the water to a boil, then remove and add all the ingredients. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes, then strain and store the drink in a glass container.
  • You can either drink it cold or hot, it is up to your preferences.

How to consume it?

When it comes to metabolism, the best time to speed it up is early in the morning, right after waking up. So, in the morning on an empty stomach drink a glass of this drink. Drink the second glass immediately after breakfast, and the third after lunch.

All three ingredients of this drink are great for burning calories and speeding up the metabolism. However, any attempt to speed up the metabolism and lose weight should be accompanied by a balanced diet and moderate physical activity!
