5-Ingredient Spicy Green Smoothie
Green smoothies can be so boring, but when you combine them with the right ingredients you get a nice refreshing detox smoothie for breakfast!

Not to mention, you are getting some healthy anti-oxidant greens in just one portion. I highly recommend drinking green smoothies if you lack energy, have inflammatory issues, or want to lose weight and feel healthier!
This recipe includes something I never thought I would add in a smoothie – jalapeno pepper! I saw this recipe on a TV show and I had to recreate it! I am so glad I decided to try it because it just gives the smoothie a very much needed zesty kick!
5-Ingredient Spicy Green Smoothie
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 celery stalk chopped
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- 1/4 avocado sliced
- kale leaves
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 jalapeno, with seeds
Instructions
- In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth! Serve immediately and enjoy!
