Kid-Friendly Polenta Pizza Bites (Healthy & Gluten-Free)

Published

on

According to the ingredients, you can give these mini pizzas to babies after 8 months.

They are very quick and easy to prepare, and they are really tasty. For example, I do not eat polenta, but these pizzas were perfect for me and next time I will make a great pizza for us with a little more interesting ingredients 😂

They are gluten free, so for those who have allergies or intolerance, here is an interesting idea for lunch.

Kid-Friendly Polenta Pizza Bites

Ingredients

  • boiled polenta (depending on the amount you want to make)
  • Mozzarella cheese grated
  • gluten-free tomato puree
  • dry oregano

Instructions

  • First I cooked the polenta in a standard way, but a little thicker, I put 4 tablespoons and got as many mini pizzas as there are in the picture, at the end I added very little butter. I put it in the rectangular tin of the picture and pulled it out in the crust. I let it tighten, so I drew stars with a cake tin.
  • I added tomato puree, some mozzarella and oregano on each star.
    I baked at 350 degrees F (or 180 ° C) for a very short time, about 10 minutes.
  • Your kids will LOVE it, ENJOY!

I challenge you to try this polenta mini pizzas and let me know your thoughts!
