5-Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Raspberry Bites
Got some serious chocolate cravings? Using only a few simple and clean ingredients, you can create a dessert worth remembering. These healthy chocolate raspberry bites are a perfect addition to your healthy meal plan!

I always like to make these beforehand and freeze them, so whenever me or someone in my family is craving for something sweet, I have the perfect treat always at hand! Trust me, these raspberry bites will never become boring to you.
Once you make them, you can experiment with the recipe and use different fruits that you like! Each option will work perfectly, and you’ll have a nice chocolaty treat in just minutes!
5-Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Raspberry Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil on room temperature
- a small handful of frozen raspberries
Chocolate Sauce:
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add the cashews and coconut flakes to a blender or food processor and pulse until finely chopped. The texture depends on you. If they are chopped very finely, the texture of the bites will be more creamy, and if larger pieces are left, the texture will be more crunchy.Add the remaining ingredients for the bites to the same mixture and blend until all the ingredients are combined.The mixture should be sticky enough to form bites easily without falling apart. If it is too dry, add a little more maple syrup or coconut oil until the desired mixture is achieved.
- From the obtained mixture, form bites of the desired size and add one raspberry in the middle and roll again so that the raspberry is in the middle and is covered by the mixture on all sides.Leave in the fridge to harden and in the meantime prepare the chocolate sauce.
- Add all the ingredients for the chocolate sauce in a small deep bowl and mix until you get a liquid, chocolate-like mixture.Pour each bite into the chocolate sauce and sprinkle with coconut flakes if desired.Leave the bites in the fridge to harden for half an hour and then they are ready to eat.Store in the refrigerator or freezer for up to several months.
