Low-Carb Keto Starbucks Frappuccino

This DIY keto frapuccino is made with almond milk and contains only 3.5 grams of carbs!

I crave Starbucks cappuccinos all the time, but having in mind that I tend to consume healthy foods and drinks, buying coffee from Starbucks is not a regular option for me. Therefore, I tried and recreated my favorite chocolate Frappuccino and let me tell you, it tastes just like the original!

All you need is some brewed coffee, almond milk, coconut cream, cocoa powder, collagen powder, and some chocolate chips!

Low-Carb Keto Starbucks Frappuccino

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chilled brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tsp Erythritol sweetener or use Stevia
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp vanilla collagen powder
  • 1/3 cup melted chocolate chips (topping, optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender add : chilled coffee, unsweetened almond milk, coconut cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar free sweetener, ice cubes (starts with 1 1/2 cup you can add more later for a frothier texture) and collagen protein powder (if you want to use some, optional)Blend on high speed until frosty smooth.
  • Serve immediately as one grande frappuccino (2 1/2 cup drink) or as two small frappuccino, topped with a drizzle of melted sugar free chocolate.
