With its airy whipped texture, rich flavor of coconut milk, and a strong coffee, this frappe is a much needed coffee booster during a hard working day!

And why spend so much money when you can literally recreate your favorite coffee with a much better and healthier taste!

Whenever you are craving for a creamy indulgent coffee, remember that all you need is your blender, and 4-5 minutes. Did I mention it saves you time too? The line at the barista takes at least 15 minutes… 🙂

This healthy coffee frappe is entirely plant-based, so don’t worry if you are dairy-intolerant

Healthy Coconut Cinnamon Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled, or cold brew)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp toasted coconut (optional)
  • 1 tsp shaved dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Place ice cubes, coffee, coconut milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a blender and blend until the drink is creamy and frothy. Immediately pour into a tall glass. Top with toasted coconut and shaved dark chocolate and serve.
