Easy Oven-Baked Zucchini Chips
There really isn’t a lot of work around this recipe, but the emphasis is on patience. The first thing you have to work on is to cut the zucchini into very thin slices.

A vegetable slicer will help you with that, because with a knife you will hardly achieve the desired thin effect.
Secondly, your zucchini chips will bake for an hour and a half, but the most important thing is- this snack will pay off. So, don’t let the baking time scare you, as you are about to witness your favorite snack.

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- Salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the zucchini into very thin slices and place them on paper towels to release the excess liquid.Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 90 minutes.
