Simply Perfect Homemade Peach Ice Cream to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth
These hot days we are all looking for refreshment, and ice cream somehow seems like the best solution, right?
The best thing t is that you can very easily make it yourself.
What you need to do is pick your favorite fruit, (I picked peaches), and threw myself into making homemade ice cream. I’ll just tell you it turned out great, and I even combined it with a chocolate topping.
This homemade peach ice cream tastes just like biting into a fresh peach! No eggs and no cooking needed. It’s simply perfect!
Homemade Peach Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 chilled peaches sliced
- 1/3 cup canned coconut milk
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add a little water.When you get a thick, firm mixture, add it into a container and freeze it.You can serve ice cream on its own, or experiment with your favorite toppings, like I did.
