Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Balls You Can’t Stop Eating
One of the simplest and easiest desserts, yet so flavorful and satisfying. Peanut butter, chocolate, rich in protein, quick and delicious- what more do we need?
Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Balls
Ingredients:
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
70 g maple syrup
A pinch of salt
90 g almond flour
145 g peanut butter
40 g chopped dark chocolate (or dark chocolate chips)
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients except the chocolate in a blender and blend to combine. Blend only as much as necessary, so that the fat does not separate too much.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the chopped dark chocolate. Mix first with a spoon, and then knead briefly with your hands to connect everything. Do not knead for too long.
- From the resulting mixture, form balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set, and about 10 minutes before serving, remove to room temperature to “loosen” a bit. Enjoy!
