Creamy Avocado Matcha Oatmeal
I really like green tea so matcha powder is the perfect addition to this porridge for me. In addition to enriching the taste of this wonderful creamy porridge, it also gives an extra kick, ideal for waking up faster.
This creamy avocado matcha oatmeal is super vibrant and refreshing, and can strengthen your immunity if you eat it regularly due to its high anti-oxidant contents!
Creamy Avocado Matcha Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 50 g instant oat powder
- 1 medium avocado
- juice and zest of half a lime
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 100 ml of Greek yogurt
- 100 ml of coconut milk or milk of your choice
- erythritol or sweetener of your choice
- frozen berries (for topping, optional)
Procedure:
- Put avocado, lime juice, milk and yogurt in a blender.
- Blend and add instant oats, matcha powder and sweetener.
- Add the frozen berries and sprinkle with lime zest.
