This healthy salted caramel shake will blow your mind! it doesn’t contain any refined sugars, it is dairy free, as well as additive-free, so you can enjoy it guilt-free!

The texture is super creamy and delicious, you’ll feel like drinking a shake bought from some fancy cafe, it is that good my friends!

Healthy Salted Caramel Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana (frozen)
  • 1 scoop brown rice protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • cacao nibs (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except the coconut cream and cacao nibs) into a blender and blend until smooth, creamy and thick.
  • Top up with your coconut cream and cacao nibs. Serve immediately!
