Healthy Summer Rereshener: Non-Alcoholic Mojito
If you are looking for a summer cocktail that will not disturb your diet, I have a solution.
This recipe is a great option for a party with kids or teenagers who are under-age to drink π My family loved it.

We made a great patio gathering and the guests loved this non-alcoholic option, even those who are drinking alcohol were pouring from this refreshing non-alcoholic mojito!
This is a slightly modified version of this traditional Cuban cocktail, but it tastes perfect!
Non-Alcoholic Mojito
Ingredients
- a couple of mint leaves
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ice cubes
- 1 lime (juice one half of the lime, and cut the other half in moon-shaped pieces)
- 250 ml water
Instructions
- Mix the mint, sugar and lime juice and let it sit for 5 minutes for the mint to work its wonders with the smell. Then add ice, lime pieces and mineral water. Decorate the glass with mint leaves and a piece of lime. Enjoy !
