Healthy Oatmeal Banana Bites (Weight Loss Approved)
You can’t imagine your day without reaching for something sweet? That’s why I am here here with my recipes for healthy snacks! π

For today I have selected these healthy bites with oatmeal and banana. Did I mention they melt in your mouth and are veeeery delicious?
These oatmeal banana bites will give you energy for the whole day. Oatmeal is a great food that will keep you full for a long time, while the banana is rich in nutrients and vitamins, and the dark chocolate and cinnamon will give them an amazing aroma and taste.
Healthy Oatmeal Banana Bites
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mix of raw almonds and hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (cut into small pieces)
- 2 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Put the almonds and hazelnuts in a blender and mix until you get fine flour. Then add the coconut oil. . Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the mashed banana, chocolate pieces, oats, cinnamon, cocoa powder and honey. Stir to combine everything together.
- Farm into balls and bake for 10-15 minutes.
