How to consume it?

Drink 30 ml in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.

Lemon and Celery Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 lb lemons
  • 1 piece of medium sized celery (with leaves and root)
  • 2 liters water (boiled)

Instructions

  • Wash the lemons well and peel them. Chop them into cubes and put them in a blender. Wash the celery well and chop it into cubes and add it to the blender. Mix for about 3-4 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture. In case it is very thick, feel free to add a little water.
  • Finally, put the mixture of lemon and celery in a deeper bowl and add the water (boiled). Cover the dish and leave it overnight (minimum 8 hours). The next day, strain it well and store the drink in a glass bottle.
