My kids loved this recipe so much, they are asking for it twice a day sometimes! It’s a perfect healthy dessert and you can get creative with it. Make it a smoothie bowl and top with shredded coconut, granola and berries, or simply add it into a big jar and drink it throughout the day!

Strawberry Citrus and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Add toppings of choice. (optional)
