Carbohydrate-free: Baked Savory Pie With Chard and Mozzarella

If you’re looking for some carb-free meal, more specifically dinner, for a lazy evening, or a day when you’re not training, we have one great suggestion. This savory pie has some really good ingredients, it’s delicious, and if you like chard combined with cheese, this is it!

It is a recipe where you combine all the ingredients, mix, pour into a mold and simply bake. Fine, healthy and nutritionally good.

Baked Savory Pie With Chard and Mozzarella

Servings: 2
Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • dry ham if desired
  • 400 g of Greek yogurt
  • Mozzarella
  • one bundle of chard
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium
  • pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparation:

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a deeper baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.

Wash the chard and cut into strips. Cut the dried ham into strips, as well as the mozzarella.

Then, mix all the ingredients, stir well and pour into a smaller but deeper pan and then bake. Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. When done, leave to cool and cut in squares or triangles.

Serve with salad, or as desired!
