These are keto, crispy homemade chocolate chip cookies with cocoa and coconut. It’s a combination you won’t be able to resist, and you shouldn’t because you can eat them without feeling guilty.

You may not have all the ingredients at home, but you will get them easily, and the principle of preparation is very simple, just mix everything, shape, bake, let it cool and then reward yourself. Yummy!

Crispy Cocoa Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 125 g almond flour
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 60 g coconut flour
  • 45 g erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 120 g almond butter
  • 50 g of melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 drops of stevia
  • chocolate chips (optional, but recommended)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: cocoa, almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol and salt.

In another bowl, mix the melted butter, almond butter, eggs and stevia.

Add the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until the ingredients are combined into a compact mixture.

Place the parchment paper on the baking tray and using a spoon make the desired cookies (one tablespoon for one cookie should be enough).

Flatten the mixture with your fingers or a spoon to get the shape of a cookie. I then pressed a few drops of dark chocolate chips into each.

Bake the biscuits for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, then remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Put them in a jar and enjoy.
