Easy Oven-Baked Zucchini Chips

There really isn’t a lot of work around this recipe, but the emphasis is on patience. The first thing you have to work on is to cut the zucchini into very thin slices.

A vegetable slicer will help you with that, because with a knife you will hardly achieve the desired thin effect.

Secondly, your zucchini chips will bake for an hour and a half, but the most important thing is- this snack will pay  off. So, don’t let the baking time scare you, as you are about to witness your favorite snack.

Did I mention that this zucchini chips is a low-calorie, healthy snack that you can eat anytime you want, guilt-free? You might consider making it then! 🙂

Here’s how you can prepare it.

Easy Oven-Baked Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the zucchini into very thin slices and place them on paper towels to release the excess liquid.
    Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 90 minutes.
