Healthy Salted Caramel Shake That Tastes Like Dessert
An amazing and extremely healthy recipe that tastes like dessert, and proves that natural ingredients can also make for a great treat!
This healthy salted caramel shake will blow your mind! it doesn’t contain any refined sugars, it is dairy free, as well as additive-free, so you can enjoy it guilt-free!

The texture is super creamy and delicious, you’ll feel like drinking a shake bought from some fancy cafe, it is that good my friends!
Healthy Salted Caramel Shake
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 large banana (frozen)
- 1 scoop brown rice protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- cacao nibs (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except the coconut cream and cacao nibs) into a blender and blend until smooth, creamy and thick.
- Top up with your coconut cream and cacao nibs. Serve immediately!
