Improve Your Mood With This Delicious Chocolate Mousse
Is it just me, or you too believe that the right dessert can enhance your mood? I mean, stressed spelled backwards is dessert, am I right? π

This is especially true if the dessert you are eating contains some serious brain-boosting foods, like cacao for example! This chocolate mousse dessert is as delicious as it is healthy!
The cacao will boost your brain function, and the avocado will give this mousse just the right creaminess and supply your body with good fats, fiber, and magnesium all of which can promote better brain function! Of course, there are some other ingredients to give some flavor to this mousse and make it perfect for every day!

Delicious Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 1/4 slice of avocado
- 1/4 cup cacao powder (adjust it according to taste, add more or less if necessary)
- 1 ripe banana
- tsp honey (optional)
- blueberries for topping (optional)
- cacao nibs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with blueberries and cacao nibs, or any topping of your choice. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for a refreshing, cool chocolate mousse.
