Mango Ginger Smoothie to Detox Your Body
A full glass of health, prepare your smoothie for a nice start to the day.
This smoothie was primarily created for cold winter days, as I have chosen an interesting combination of foods that will help you get the required daily dose of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in the body.

However, after seeing the positive results in my body, I would definitely recommend it everyday! This smoothie will not only energize you but it will cleanse your body and do a proper detox to make you feel healthier and lighter!
Try it out and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Mango Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 mango sliced
- 1 1/4 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powderA
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is combined and smooth. Enjoy!
