One-Bowl Keto Brownies for Weight Loss
Indulging in desserts seems like an impossible mission while you are on a keto diet. During this strict diet plan, most fruits should be avoided and anything carb-related is decreased almost completely. However, keto desserts do exist and this recipe is a proof of it.

Have in mind that these keto brownies should be taken as a dessert and not replace a keto meal. Even though the recipe is super high in fiber and healthy fats, these brownies contain calories and if eaten excessively they might stall the fat loss and make you even gain weight.
In order to get the classic sweet brownie flavor, this recipe uses erythritol, a natural sugar alcohol that contains just 3 calories per one gram.
So, even if you are not on a keto diet, but still want to lose weight and cut down on those carbs, you should definitely give these gooey keto brownies a try!
