Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 10 cups strongly brewed espresso

Instructions

  • In a saucepan combine the coconut milk, almond milk, coconut sugar, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves and mix it for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add in the coffee and transfer the mixture into a blender. Blend everything together until frothy, and serve immediately.
