These recipes are simple, easy to make, and very satisfying. Not to mention the energy and nutrition levels they provide.

Incorporate these smoothie ideas into your life and you’ll notice your health and mindset improving!

To get you started, you will need lots of fresh fruits and veggies, so make a grocery list and let’s head into the recipes!

Green Lovers Smoothie

Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup organic spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Fuji apple, seeded and chopped
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • *If you want to make it a great post-workout smoothie, add in 1 tbsp. of vegan protein powder

Blueberry Beauty Smoothie

Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Chocolate–Peanut Butter Smoothie

Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Which one of these three is your favorite? I make all three of them for different times of the day. The green one is for the mornings, my kids love the chocolate-peanut butter as a snack, and we all love to refresh with the blueberry-beauty smoothie anytime of the day!
