This Chocolate Mocha Maca Smoothie Will Keep You Full for Hours
Calling out for all chocolate and coffee lovers, because this smoothie will win you over!

Having chocolate for breakfast might seem like a treat, but trust me, this smoothie is as healthy as it can get! It’s full of plant-based protein, and all natural clean ingredients.
Once I read the benefits of maca, I decided to include it daily in my smoothies, juices, even soups! The health claims of maca powder are pretty far reaching; from increased energy and athletic stamina to heightened mental focus and boosted metabolism.
For the coffee, I recommend using an espresso or a cold brew coffee for best results!
Chocolate Mocha Maca Smoothie
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- a splash of vanilla extract
- 1/4 ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground maca
- 2/3 cup oat milk
- 1/3 cup cold brewed coffee, or espresso
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
