This Superfood Breakfast Bowl Will Fuel Your Body With Micronutrients

Superfood Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla to a boil. Stir in quinoa, reduce to a simmer, and cook 20 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
- Top with banana, berries, and hemp seeds. Enjoy warm.
