4-Ingredient Healthy & Creamy Blueberry Ice Cream
The time of year has come when we all want to enjoy ice-cream treats.

This ice cream is both creamy and refreshing. It is prepared from only 4 ingredients in a record time. Your whole family will LOVE it, the refreshing flavor of blueberry and the creaminess from the cashews will make it a delicious treat after a long day in the sun!

4-Ingredient Healthy & Creamy Blueberry Ice Cream
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 1 big frozen banana (or use 2 smaller)
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 7-8 soaked dates (or use medjool dates without soaking them)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Soak the cashews and dates at least 2 hours before you make the ice cream. If you use medjool dates there's no need to soak them in water as these dates are a lot more creamier.
- Add alll ingredients into a high-speed blender, or a food processor and blend until everything is combined and thick.
- Pour this mixture into ice-cream molds and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Decorate with melted chocolate on top and enjoy!
