Insanely Delicious Healthy Snickers Ice Cream (Only 4 Ingredients)

Ever since I got my silicone molds, I make ice cream almost every day and I like to try all sorts of variations.

Yogurt, banana and some fruits are my favorite combination. It is really refreshing, and I know that it is without “three hundred” additives and added sugars.

I strongly suggest you to use silicone molds as it is much easier to take out the ice cream.

I think there is no one who does not like snickers, and this ice cream is something amazing. Very few ingredients, and so irresistible and delicious!

Insanely Delicious Healthy Snickers Ice Cream

Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 6-7 dates soaked in water for 2 hours, or use medjool dates without having to soak them)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the bananas, peanut butter and dates in a blender until you get a creamy texture, then add chopped unsalted peanuts. Put the mixture in the silicone molds and leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  • If you want, you can melt dark chocolate and put it on the ice cream on top. But it is also great without chocolate.
