This Healthy Beet and Sage Bean Dip Is Perfect For Any Occasion This Fall

It’s already September! Can you believe it? I certainly can’t!

What a year this has been, and we still have a couple of months left! Fall is literally creeping upon us, and it’s time to transition our favorite recipes to match with the cooler weather. That’s why, I’ve created an amazing dip that is perfect for every party, gathering, or snacking time whenever you feel like it!

This healthy, vibrant, and quick dip will impress you and everyone who tries it! Trust me, you’ll never even think of going to the supermarket to buy ready-made dips ever again!

Beet and Sage Bean Dip

This amazing beet and sage bean dip is flavorful, earthy, and slightly sweet from the roasted beets and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 medium beets roasted and cubed
  • 1 can cannellini beans rinsed
  • 3 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 10 fresh sage leaves, or 1 tbsp. dried sage
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Place cubed beets and garlic on a baking sheet and toss with oil. Roast for 20 min. Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor.
