This Sweet Potato Shake Is The Ultimate PMS Pain-Relieving Treat
Period cramps and nausea is an annoying problem many women face almost every month. While there is no magic shake, smoothie, soup, or food to immediately relieve the symptoms, any form of relief is appreciated.

Sweet potatoes are rich in insoluble and soluble fiber which are known to help relieve bloating and provide good bacteria to your gut. Ginger is another very powerful food that is anti-inflammatory and may help with nausea and indigestion.
Menstruation causes our bodies to lose iron, therefore it is important to intake lemon juice which helps with iron-absorption. We cannot make our periods go away, but if we include fatty acids, magnesium and extra amounts of vitamin E to our daily meals, we can for sure ease the PMS symptoms and relieve the discomfort.
This sweet potato shake has all the ingredients mentioned above to help you get through your menstruation more easily! Trust me, it’s worth the try!
