The Best Guilt-Free Fudgy Date Brownies
If you follow me for a while, you know that I have a sweet tooth, and most recipes I share are desserts. I can’t help it π To my defense, all recipes I am eating and sharing are super healthy and guilt-free.

I used to eat many many 100-calorie cookies or an entire cake by myself. I am not so proud of that period, but the important thing is once I studied to be a nutritionist I truly learned what real whole healthy food means. Also, I learned what balance means when it comes to food, so I allow myself to eat something sweet and unhealthy from time to time.
I literally trained my body and mind to crave healthy desserts and meals, so now I am constantly creating delicious, nutrient-rich sweets and desserts.
These fudgy date brownies are made with unsweetened cocoa, which is super rich in anti-oxidants and falls under the category of super-foods! Plus, unsweetened cocoa is known to boost the serotonin levels and increase the “good mood”, so I tend to eat it a lot more often than before!
Therefore, I recommend you to indulge your sweet tooth with these guilt-free brownies! They are far healthier for you than any low-calorie snack pack will ever be.
