This super quick tortilla pizza recipe will give you the freedom to use homemade or bought tortillas, add your favorite toppings and broil in the oven for just a few minutes before you can indulge in the pleasure!

Healthy 10-Minute Tortilla Pizza
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 almond flour tortilla
- 1 Tbsp Marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (use vegan Mozzarella if you like)
- 1 cup chopped veggies of choice (I like to use tomatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms)
Instructions
- Layer on all ingredients .Put in the oven on broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
