Fat Burning
The Ultimate Vegan Black Bean Burgers
If you are a person who like to eat burgers, but are trying to cut down on junk food and eat healthier you should definitely try these burgers! They are delicious!

Earlier this week I made a batch of what I believe are the best vegan black bean burgers ever, or at least the best I have ever had.
Once everyone in my family tried these, we couldn’t believe their hearty texture, amazing flavor, and such ease of preparation.
I have to mention that these vegan black bean burgers are not mushy, or crumbly, as I know this is a common problem with vegan burgers. They have the perfect shape!
I am confident you’ll love this recipe, so I strongly suggest you don’t skip on it and give it a try!
The Ultimate Vegan Black Bean Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 2 15-oz cans of black beans
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Place the carrots, quinoa, beans, and salt in the food processor and blend until everything is mixed up. Simply add all of the spices from the 'beans' ingredients to your food processor when combining the ingredients for the burgers. Place the mixture in a large bowl and make 6 equal sized patties.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes on one side, flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serve on lettuce leaves with onions, tomatoes, pickles, avocado, sprouts and some yummy smoked cheddar (optional), or serve however you prefer!
