Quick and Easy Healthy Raspberry and Chia Jam
Many people like fruit jams, and yet, they are not aware that there is really too much sugar in the store-bought jams.

But what if I told you that in just about 20 minutes you can make super delicious and healthy homemade jam?
In season, you can make jam with fresh fruit, and if you don’t have it, frozen fruit will give equally good results!
Healthy Raspberry and Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients
- 200 gr fresh or frozen raspberries
- 40 gr chia seeds
- juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- Put the raspberries in a small saucepan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- As the berries heat up and cook, they will become softer, so squeeze them with a fork until you get a puree-like mixtureThen add chia seeds and lemon juice into the fruit and stir nicely to combine.Leave on a medium heat for another 15 minutes, until you get a jelly-like mixture. Transfer into a glass jar, let it cool and place in the refrigerator.This healthy jam can stay in the fridge for 6-7 days, and in the freezer for much longer.
