Chickpea and Olive Spread You’ll Eat With Every Meal

If you love olives, then you will love this spread as well.

Just a few ingredients, a good blender and a bit of your time is all you need to make this creamy spread that you will crave every day.

At least that was the case with me. And my family liked it too.

I spread it on warm toasted bread for dinner, and you can also eat it for breakfast or a snack. It’s great that it can stay in the fridge for up to a few days, so you can go back to it whenever you’re hungry.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas (or use canned chickpeas)
  • 1/2 cup peeled olives
  • 2 tablespoons roasted ground sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Procedure:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a creamy mixture.

Store it in a container with a lid in which it can stand in the refrigerator for a few days.

You can really combine it with everything. There are no rules.
