I’ve always loved smoothies that can keep me full for hours. Since I used to skip breakfast with an excuse of not having time, the creation of breakfast protein smoothies was a breakthrough for me. Now, I usually start everyday with a different smoothie that keeps me full for a couple of hours.

This chia-berry nutrient packed smoothie is so creamy and decadent full of natural protein that will not only keep you full, but it will satisfy your cravings for sweets for the whole day!

Chia-Berry Belly Blaster

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
