Carrot-Ginger Juice to Boost Your Immunity
With a pandemic taking over the world, we’ve been working really hard to strengthen our immune system in order to stay healthy and well during these hard times. For the past couple of months I’ve been making all kinds of healthy raw juices and smoothies to incorporate as much vitamins and minerals into my family’s everyday lifestyle.

We’ve realized that we have been eating healthier than ever. And once this pandemic is over (hopefully soon) we will continue eating raw and clean organic foods.
I am sharing with you my favorite juice recipe that instantly boost your energy and provides good vitamins and minerals for your whole body.
Carrot-Ginger Juice to Boost Your Immunity
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 5 large carrots
- 1 romaine heart
- 2 clementines (peeled)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 inch ginger (peeled)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a juicer and drink immediately.
- NOTE: feel free to adjust the ingredients according to your taste. If you want it sweeter, add more carrots, or several drops of stevia.
