This Refreshing Feel-Good Smoothie Will Boost Your Digestion

Digestion Booster Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups freshly diced pineapple
- 2 cups peeled and diced papaya
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp fresh and minced ginger
- 1 tbsp aloe juice (optional)
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth (around 45 seconds). Serve and drink immediately.
