Best Vegan Homemade Nutella (Gluten-Free)

Published

on

I’ve been wanting to make homemade nutella for a while now. My kids always love their pancakes with some chocolate spread and bananas, so I thought why not make it a whole lot healthier and tastier for them!

Trust me, this nutella recipe is the best thing I’ve tried recently! I can proudly say it definitely tastes better than a store-bought nutella!

Super creamy and chocolaty, wow, I am still stunned by how it turned out!

What you will need for this homemade nutella recipe?

All you need is a food processor (or a high-speed blender), raw hazelnuts, high-quality cocoa powder, medjool dates, coconut oil, honey and water.

To make your nutella spread super creamy, I would suggest soaking your hazelnuts in hot water for around 20 minutes before adding them to your food processor. This step will add extra creaminess to the nutella.

You should add all ingredients into the food processor and process for about 8-10 minutes, scraping the sides occasionally. That’s it! Your nutella is ready!

All of the ingredients are clean, vegan, and gluten-free, so you can eat this nutella spread guilt-free.
