Delicious Hangover Smoothie to Boost Your Energy
You had a good evening, but the next morning you can’t skip headache and low-energy. You’ve got some hangover to deal with.

The first days of the year are an association for parties and outings, but consequently many hangover mornings. Surely you have said to yourself many times “I will never drink again”, but that only applies to the next party or gathering which may be in two days or already next weekend.
But anyway the hangover is here and what we can do is use some of the hangover tricks and try to beat it.
Here’s an interesting and easy recipe for making an delicious hangover smoothie that will restore your energy.
Delicious Hangover Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water or coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! It's best if you drink if in the morning for breakfast. Enjoy!
This smoothie is a great breakfast for the morning after a “drunk” night, it will refresh you and fill you with energy. Also, do not forget to drink plenty of water. Alcohol dehydrates the body and the headache that occurs many times is a result of dehydration.
